is there a patch for the pirated version of Heroes?

Can't you install the standard one?
Do you have the game version from Buka or 1C?
There is one mod that essentially turns 3.0 into 3.1, but I'm not sure if the map will work with it, although it's worth a try ;)

By the way, anyone who wants to can suggest improvements to the map, adding desired heroes, etc.
Added version 0.9.3:
-Removed lag at the beginning of the game when scripts are loading
-Redone race selection (now you can choose a race in the map menu)
-Fixed the Tears of Ash map, where only the Order faction was displayed
-Now there is a starting town (you no longer need to capture it)
-Added player resources at the start and resources on the map
-Added a dwelling for the Phoenixes.
