Guys, I am swelling with pride that my humble self has attracted the attention of such venerable veterans of the Heroes world :)
Actually, I always believed that if the organizers introduce a clause into the regulations, it is solely their prerogative and problem to monitor its implementation.
But still, I will disappoint those against whom I voted — I played in offline tournaments on HeroesWorld when you didn't even have a clue about HeroesWorld ;)
And well, if you're interested, I participated in an intra-clan online tournament in Heroes 3, though it wasn't finished, and I myself was banned at the time. So, alas...
I will modestly keep silent about organizing tournaments, since most of them were in Heroes 2.
