They are impartial, always have their own point of view, and can defend it.
Ideally, the Arbitration Committee (AK) should consist of those who have judged a couple of Tournaments without any scandals, whether it's an online or offline club. That is, there should be some confidence that the person understands what the job of a judge is and how they need to behave in it.
The previous AK composition clearly demonstrated a lack of understanding of these things, hence all this mess.

The guy is practically constantly on the verge of a permanent ban for any offense. I haven't noticed any qualities in him that would be useful for the AK.

At least one could say that he is impartial, but even that is not true. In short, I don't understand those who are voting for him.
