Regarding the elections:
1. About Pasha: There's not much to add to what Vik said; he wrote well and managed to do it without much sarcasm. These lines are accurate:
The head (and the scope of the Audit Committee's powers leaves him no other role) must possess certain qualities, on which he will base his performance of his duties. This could be charisma, the ability to lead by example - "guys, follow me." It could be intelligence, well-articulated speech - "we need to go there, because of this and that." It could be political acumen - the ability to understand the current situation, see which way the wind is blowing, understand who to listen to, etc. Dubrovin lacks all of these qualities. The only thing that can be credited to him is his general politeness, friendliness, etc. But these are qualities more suited for the role of "life of the party," "social organizer," etc., rather than for a leader who sometimes has to make unpopular decisions.
Even though I like Pasha as a kind, honest, and straightforward person, this is not enough for the role of Audit Committee leader. And as I understand it, most people see him in that role.
I'll add here that Peterius is the most suitable candidate for the role of Audit Committee leader. I hope that's how it will be.
2. Regarding Ketch:
Does Sir Catch have the right to vote?
I'll remind you that, according to the last vote on the issue of "Criteria for Participation in the Audit Committee Elections," the following option was almost unanimously chosen:
A minimum of 3 months of activity and completion of at least one online (official) Heroes 3 tournament on Wolde, or a minimum of 3 months of activity and 15 online games in Heroes 3 on Wolde across all Seasons, or a minimum of 3 months of activity and organization of at least one online (official) Heroes 3 tournament on Wolde.
Unfortunately for him, Sir Catch does not meet this criterion. So, he can chat as much as he wants, but his vote will not be counted.
I'm starting to think that all this bureaucratic fuss with the Audit Committee regulations was only created to prevent Ketch from having the right to vote. Apart from him, no one else who actively participates in the life of Wolde fails to meet these tricky criteria. Initially, the last words "on Wolde" were not in the wording, but over time they appeared unnoticed. I noticed, but then Ketch gave up, and I kept silent. Don't embarrass yourselves, let the person vote.
3. Regarding Vlk:
Have you all gone crazy at the same time? Vik, are you okay?
He is practically constantly on the verge of a permanent ban for any offense. I don't see any qualities in him that would be useful for the Audit Committee.
Periodic outbursts and fits of aggression.
At least one could argue that he is impartial, but even that is not true. In short, I don't understand those who vote for him.
Take a closer look at Leader and Spirit, and anyone else you haven't considered yet.
They are impartial, always have their own point of view, and can defend it.
P.S.
Catch's "star disease" is getting stronger along with his nonsense =). He considered posts that clearly relate to the topic as off-topic, and in essence, he left the obvious spam with the voting of a person who does not have the right to vote according to the conditions, and therefore his opinion, I think, does not have much significance for the topic. Nizachod =).
If I'm not mistaken, you're one point away from a ban?
I'll be happy to make that happen
