Regarding self-recusal: - I believe my qualifications are not sufficient for a complex situation. For example, in Vitalik's case, I'm not sure I would have my own opinion and wouldn't just go along with everyone else. That's why I wrote a self-recusal. But I thought I'd write something like this – maybe it would dissuade some doubters, and I almost deleted it, but I'm pretty sure I won't pass, and that's the right thing to do. If I do pass, it's your choice;-) My votes are for Mizrael, Piterius, NumVan, Captain;-), Javdet, Nagan4 (I know he won't make it, but I didn't find him in the self-recusals), Decontaminator.
