Does Sir Catch have the right to vote?

As a reminder, according to the latest vote on the issue of "Criteria for Participation in the AK Elections," the following option was almost unanimously chosen:

Salary of at least 3 months and completion of at least one online (official) tournament in Heroes 3 on Volde, or Salary of at least 3 months and played 15 online games in Heroes 3 on Volde across all Seasons, or Salary of at least 3 months and organized at least one online (official) tournament in Heroes 3 on Volde

Unfortunately for him, Sir Catch does not meet this criterion. So, he can chat as much as he wants, but his opinion will still not be taken into account.
