Players registered on Volde for at least 3 months and who have completed at least one online (offline) Heroes 3 tournament on Volde are eligible to participate in the vote for the Administrative Council (AC). Alternatively, players registered for at least 3 months and who have played 15 online games of Heroes 3 on Volde across all Seasons, or those registered for at least 3 months and who have organized at least one online (offline) Heroes 3 tournament on Volde, are also eligible. 4. Any player registered on Volde is eligible to become a member of the AC. 5. A participating player indicates in the corresponding thread created for voting the players (can be more than 7) they would like to see as members of the AC. 6. A participating player does not have the right to vote for themselves. 7. Based on the results of the elections, 7 players are selected for the AC by simple majority vote. 8. The second round of elections is held in case of an equal number of votes and no vacant positions in the AC. For example, if the seventh and eighth players on the list receive the same number of votes, then only these two players will participate in the second round. In the second round, the player(s) with the simple majority of votes are selected for the AC.

There is no need to repeat 20-30-40 times that you don't like something or someone. Quantity doesn't turn into quality in this case, and it won't add to your reputation.
