And you can set a custom icon for him and write his own information, etc. So, is it possible to create your own hero this way?

In reality, it will be an old hero with a new icon (if it works) and a biography. Heroes are not created this way. It's a bit difficult for a beginner to understand how to do it. You need to know how to use the editor's resources.
