As expected from a film of this genre, it's quite trashy, but not worse than most American movies. Lots of blood and limbs; fairly realistic insides. At the same time, the violence is deliberately exaggerated, and the film is accompanied by dark humor.
I watched it in the original with English subtitles.
I've noticed that I can handle these kinds of films quite well (in the sense that many people start to grimace, or if the situation is really bad, they cover their faces or turn away).
