What else is the Arbitration Committee for, if not to serve the interests of the Players? What good is it if it doesn't reflect the opinions of the Players?

The players of World of Xeen authorize those players whom they trust to resolve controversial situations in the games. That's how the Arbitration Committee was created.
Or have you already managed to change the existing rules to suit your own needs?
