Great idea with the main referee, but Cash doesn't have enough experience (no offense)...
Judging newcomers is one thing (and I do it all the time), but judging guys who have been fighting for a long time and are quite skilled is a completely different matter.

This is exactly the main point.

The majority of complaints that go to the referee come from newcomers. Because when experienced players start arguing with each other, it happens publicly, loudly, and with the participation of most of the active forum members. The referee only needs to not interfere with this "party" and then simply record the will of the people.

But dealing with newcomers almost always falls to the referee, because their complaints rarely get enough attention for a broad discussion.

I think we need to decide on one of two options: either a referee or a Chief Judge.
