4. My proposal is to disband the AK. Elect a Chief Judge of HeroesWorld by vote,
who will be entrusted with resolving contentious issues and the right to award the CHC. This person selects 2, or more if they wish, assistants. And this team together resolves all kinds of problems that arise. I believe it is essential that opinions are considered equally. That is, the CJ would not have a deciding vote, nor the ability to pressure their assistants.
I think we need to decide between two options, either the AK or a Chief Judge.
The question could be put to a vote (whoever wishes — please do).
