Queen – “The Trap” [Campaign 1, Mission 4]

I took the boots and went to watch the video.

Don't say that. I completed everything: the boots, the guild, crossed the bridge, defeated everyone on the island, and even leveled up another character to level 22, with 200 angels and a huge number of other units, but the meeting on the Elbe still doesn't happen. Please, what should I do? The disc is licensed, all requirements have been met. When will the reunion and the end of the mission finally happen?
I found a hidden passage, crossed over to the remaining land, and found some cartographer there (I don't know what to do with him). And in the lower-left part of the map, there's just a TANK standing there!!!!!! It's a complete mess; I don't know how to get to it, and the meeting still hasn't happened. HELP!!!!!!
