No, the management structure of the forum, which was later called the AK, was formed much earlier, when the online forum was just being created, around 2007. I joined in January 2008, and (let's call this structure the AK for now) it already existed. At that time, it consisted of Adelaide, Tanya, VBN, Alex R, Invisible, Evgeny, and Reper. It was a very friendly and good group that gladly welcomed good people and... put bad people in their place when necessary.
