Nominations and withdrawals in the Arbitration Committee.

I nominate Dubrovin Pavel, Loi, Piterius, rebellious, and vbn for the Administrative Council (AK).
These are modest individuals who might not nominate themselves easily, so I will nominate them.

For the sake of objectivity, I can dedicate 2-3 hours a day, mostly in the evenings during weekdays. I can't allocate more time due to work and other responsibilities. I believe that most people, especially those with busy lives, face a similar situation. Expecting more from a group of individuals is unrealistic. Therefore, we need to choose between quality and speed, or simply accept that the AK will become a historical footnote.
