Nominations and withdrawals in the Arbitration Committee.

Working in the Arbitration Committee (AK) действительно requires a lot of time. For the first six months, I could dedicate 3-4 hours a day (2-3 full working days a week) to the forum and resolving disputes in ICQ. 70% of that time was spent on AK work. There are many disputes. The archive contains about 70 analyzed games. 9/10 of all forum disputes were resolved privately, without appearing on the forum. Since December, my real life has changed significantly. Now I only have time to read the forum (and not even all of it) and participate in the seasonal rating. I no longer have the opportunity to constantly be online in ICQ. I am withdrawing.
