It depends on what you're going to do with these angels. If you're going to use them right now, gaining tempo, then yes, it might be worth it. But if they're just going to be useless, slowly taking down guards that would have been defeated anyway, wouldn't it be better to take them at the beginning of turn 3 without any losses?
