It hasn't been moved. Just because you can sneak past it doesn't mean it's been moved. The guard is still in its place. For me, "moved" always meant that you could run around it, picking up things and safely returning, but here it's clearly not quite that. Here, a passage opens up in all 360 degrees (the example with Titans isn't entirely successful in this regard:)) with much greater possibilities than just between respawn points, and it's not just about a small area. In the discussed issue, there's a focus on the phrase "any guard can be bypassed," which was used for bugs like a moved guard between respawn points. After all, sometimes you might not even see it, and you might not always be able to determine if it's a passage to another respawn point or not. But here, there's an obvious guard at the exit of the teleport or subway, so, go ahead and beat me and move on – that's the price for jumping/transitioning to another dimension.
