Watched the match; the opponent played very poorly, without any strategy. The Crystal start is great! Just for fun, set the AI to play and try to win against it; it will show you how to play this matchup correctly. There's no need for Iris to play beautifully, just push forward with everything, even flying units; you don't need to. Just defend in the beginning with swordsmen, archers, and avoid the Crystal. Honestly, if you encounter Cursed Gryphons, it's rare, but there's a chance to win, of course. Here, check out the battles against an opponent with a 3k rating on Ubers.
