By the way, we should still tell the newcomers about the Appeals Committee and that they can contact them. Most of them don't know about the Appeals Committee... and I'm not sure they'll read PMs – they'll only read the topic.

In certain cases, I reserve the right to involve or not involve the Appeals Committee (HeroesWorld Appeals Committee), as well as competent and reputable online players. If you are not satisfied with the decision of the tournament organizer (or if you do not trust him), you have the right to contact the Appeals Committee yourself.
