Maybe you shouldn't abbreviate names (nicknames)? Why write "B." or "Б." on the forum? Is it for mystery or to show that it's not for everyone? It's unclear who is being referred to. If secrecy is really needed, there's ICQ. By the way, you should still tell newcomers about the FAQ and that they can go there for help. Most of them don't know about the FAQ... and I'm not sure they'll read PMs – they'll just read the topic.
