You need to take the "Enchanted Arrow" skill. During the hero's turn, open the spellbook, select "Enchanted Arrow" - a new page will open, where you choose the spell you want to enchant with - in the next turn, you attack with a normal attack, and in addition to the arrow, the magic will also strike.
