NEW TOURNAMENT PHILOSOPHY! (Suggestion)

I'm new to the forum, so my first idea was quite UTOPIAN (I couldn't even imagine back then that it would be SO unfeasible).
But that's okay, tomorrow is another day, and there will be new IDEAS, closer to REALITY.
