The League of Laws is an inter-clan council.

Natasha called, she will be available on Monday. She wants to start a clan offline tournament right away, starting on Monday (not this one, but the next one).
For now, it would be good to discuss the clan ranking system. If her project is acceptable for players by the end of the year, I have already calculated everything for all versions at her request, but it is not yet clear what to do with the clans.
