5.16. In the Conflux Castle, upgrading monsters to level 1, 6, or 7 is prohibited.When playing as Conflux, the starting hero is chosen randomly when the map is generated.
There's no point in limiting Conflux; in Warlords, it's a castle that's slightly above average, and the main overpowered units have been nerfed.
It wasn't even in the top spot in TE, and with the nerfs, it's become quite balanced.
