Fortress versus Necropolis.

Can I ask why Necropolis needs leadership, just because of the Herald? I've played many times and never taken it, except in the campaign with Markel, where it was available from the start. P.S. Try playing without Inga; many consider her overpowered (let your opponent show some skill) and she's a nightmare in the late game.
