It would be more accurate to state that Tournament Players can contact either you or the Appeals Committee directly; the current wording could be interpreted as meaning that only you, and not the Tournament Player, has the right to contact the Appeals Committee.

The current wording should not just be "possibly" interpreted this way, but must be interpreted this way: for all questions and misunderstandings, players in this tournament should contact me, and not wherever they feel like it. I am against them contacting the Appeals Committee without my knowledge. I consider myself to be sufficiently reasonable and competent to resolve minor disputes, suspicions, and answer questions about the game. If I have any doubts, of course, I will contact you. It's not normal that I "am willing to resolve disputes myself." It's normal that I resolve them.
