Slow roads, outposts built. Robbed a couple of Necropolises, cleared a path to the Dungeon via the metro. Lots of money. In the first week, got horses in the Castle, 123 in the Dungeon, and a few extra units in the Fortress, plus some hidden units. On day 117, Tazar encountered Ivor, and Tazar retreated.
In the second week, got a golden bow from the Horde of the East, a couple of Dwarves, and headed to the opponent's base. Took another Dwarf at his base. By day 126, I reached the Castle, but the opponent surrendered.

I confirm, the game didn't go well from the start. I made a lot of mistakes, and on top of that, the resource spawn was quite poor, so I couldn't develop properly...
