The League of Laws is an inter-clan council.

The discussion seems to have strayed a bit, but that's okay. Here, I propose we discuss the issue of inter-clan interaction. Since there are more and more clans, but there are no clear conditions for interaction. So that it doesn't happen that one person from a clan says something, and the others declare war because of it. Therefore, I suggest that all clan representatives work together to develop a charter for the League.
