I 100% agree with this. And most importantly, who is proving the opposite? It's clearly not online players, so please don't interfere with your "two cents." Play on the TK3 map, at least, with strong players – where it's purely a final battle with roughly equal armies, and then you'll see how often, in 95% of cases, even a basic tactic is essential! And even in battles with neutrals in the 1st or 2nd week, or later in treasure maps, how much easier it is, how much fewer losses there are – don't you understand anything?? :smile30: :) For example, you need to leave the starting area at the beginning of the 1st week, and there are, say, either archers or yellow flies (Pegasus group) – answer honestly, who will have fewer losses, a tactician or a non-tactician :D?, even when playing as humans, where there are a couple of griffins to block the archers from the 1st turn. And why do all the strongest TE players start with Tyraxor, "spoiled by tactics" – as a strong player, but not an online player, Dirty, calls it?;) and they usually don't switch.
At the very beginning of the game, tactics really help to minimize losses, as shown in the example above. However, later on, all of this becomes irrelevant. And the unit placement won't help when it comes to upgraded heroes. It's just an extra occupied slot. In the early stages, I don't rush to use archers in the 1st week of the game unless there is an urgent need. In the second week and later, there are no problems completing a battle without losses.
