Technical issues with Heroes III.

The following problem occurred in today's game: one hero suddenly disappeared from the list, even though I didn't dismiss him, and he was still on the map, but I couldn't select him. When I clicked on this hero, it showed that he had already taken his turn.
There was also another bug where a hero in a town seemed to be cloned, and a second identical hero appeared.
