Appeals Committee. Disputed situations in tournaments.

So, what's the decision?
Am I supposed to play, or will my friendship with Luzer prevent anyone from playing, and will I be removed from the Tournament?
And will the team play without us?
Or will the entire team be removed?

Can someone please give a clear and reasonable answer?
