(but please, no need to vote on this, IMHO :) ) Explanation: Currently, the situation is: 12 - 3 for 50%, 8 - for 66.66%, 11 - for 75%. Let's calculate... (12*50 + 8*66.7 + 11*75) / (12 + 8 + 11) = 63,...% Argument in favor of "+": This more accurately reflects opinions - otherwise, with the current calculation, an absurd situation may arise - more than half believe that more than half of the votes are needed (simply because some are for two-thirds, others for three-quarters - and this division will simply lead to the fact that a simple majority may pass...). Argument against "-": It's complicated and not a round number :). Although for me, the number 9 is no more round than 10 (well, we just have 10 fingers...) P.P.S. I'm not insisting on my calculations at all, just... purely out of love for art ;)
