A minimum of 15 games sounds a bit funny...
Playing in one tournament and being active on the site for a year seems like a reasonable minimum!

It doesn't seem to mention anything about tournaments, although it might have been implied...
I meant a minimum of 15 online games if we're talking about simply playing for ranking...
"...a year on the site..." ???
Isn't that a bit too much?
Even for 15 games, it wouldn't take that much time... and 3 months would be enough if there are enough games available...
