You were denied a restart on slow maps, and there is no such rule; the only exception is when players agree on conditions with each other – which, as I understand, was not the case here. Therefore, the right to grant or deny such a restart belongs to your opponent, and you acted incorrectly by leaving the game, regardless of whether you informed your opponent or not – it no longer makes a difference.
Thus, I believe that you have effectively acknowledged your defeat, as your actions do not fall under any of the conditions outlined in the rules.
If you start a game, be prepared for the possibility that you won't be granted an auto-win, even if it's due to a misclick or a deliberate loss.
So, disputing the report from your side is incorrect. You should have continued playing... Moreover, from the log, I understand that you only started requesting such a restart from turn 113 – why were you silent before that?
And the fact that your opponent didn't respond in the chat doesn't excuse you; not everyone is always online during the game – some only respond an hour or two later, when the main point of the conversation is already over. XDDD
Your opponent also made a mistake by not clarifying the situation completely...
But since you have already opened the save files, you need to confirm the report... or agree on a draw.
I am not a judge, and the final verdict will be given by those who have the authority to do so, but I am simply expressing my opinion.
I am not asking for an auto-win in case of a loss – that would be a justified defeat.
I did not and will not acknowledge my defeat because there was no defeat. My position is much better; I have reserves and two resource buildings, and given my opponent's experience and mine, how could this be a defeat? He has only been playing for two weeks!
Regarding the fact that I was silent until turn 113, I really don't know why; I probably just fell asleep. But on turn 111, I already had a hero spawn, I can provide the save files if you don't believe me – everything was going very well; I just wanted, I repeat, to finish the game today, play without saving, but the slow maps and, unfortunately, the conditions will not allow me to play in the near future to continue – that's why I wanted to finish it today.
