In this situation, I believe that the majority of the blame lies with you. You were denied a rest on the slow paths, and there is no such rule; the only exception is when players agree on conditions with each other – which, as I understand, was not the case here. Therefore, the right to grant or deny such a rest belongs to your opponent, and you acted incorrectly by leaving the game, regardless of whether you informed your opponent or not – it no longer makes a difference.
Thus, I believe that you have effectively acknowledged your defeat, as your actions do not fall under any of the conditions in the rules.
If you start playing, be prepared that you might not be granted an auto-win, even if it's due to a glitch or a misclick.
So, disputing the report from your side is incorrect. You should have continued playing... Especially since, from the log, I understand that you only started asking for such a rest from turn 113 – why were you silent before that?

And the fact that your opponent didn't respond in the chat doesn't excuse you; not everyone is always in the chat during the game – some only respond after an hour or two, when the main point of the conversation is already over, LOL.
Your opponent also made a mistake by not clarifying the situation completely...
But since you have already opened the save files, you need to confirm the report... or agree on a draw.
