Technical issues with Heroes III.

Suddenly, just yesterday, a problem with Hamachi appeared. Loading a save from me reaches 99 percent and stops. Everything is fine with the opponent. We thought it was a temporary glitch; today we tried again – the same thing. I tried with others – the opponent cannot join my game – they can't find me. When I try to connect to them, it says there is a connection error. Also, yesterday and today, Hamachi is transmitting data at an incredibly high speed – up to 100 KB per second, constantly. Reinstalling Hamachi didn't help. Hamachi version 2.0.1.66.
For testing, I decided to connect to the opponent's network – it couldn't find it. In the existing networks, everything is green, everything looks fine at first glance. I have a Megafon modem. What could be the problem?
