You know, we have an entire section on our Portal dedicated to suggestions and wishes from the community. People write there, and if their posts contain a rational idea, then after some time, corresponding changes are made to the rules.

Hmm... There was a good experiment started in 2008 – a dual-league system in the tournament for landless players in the second-tier lands... Then, this experiment was shut down from above. And there were so many well-reasoned suggestions from both users and moderators, but there was no result...
