The AK’s decision regarding Looser is as follows:

In the situation described in the topic /topic/7012/, a violation of fair play rules (cheating) occurred in the match between players Looser and Furious Looser.
Player Looser will be added to the Blacklist with a warning to other players and tournament organizers about possible cheating. Tournament organizers currently running tournaments in which he participated are advised to consider disqualifying player Looser from the tournament and awarding technical victories to his opponents.
A message will be sent to the creator requesting that they award him the Cheater's Black Mark.
