9. Players of the game can express a vote of no confidence in the Administration Committee (AC) at any time. Still, half is too much; in my opinion, a third is enough. What kind of dispute resolution body is this if its decisions are not approved by more than a third of the active players, to such an extent that they are not too lazy to express their opinion about it.
