Which castle do you like best in Heroes 2?

Bone dragons are the weakest, not counting paladins. But paladins can't fly.

Regarding the weakness of bone dragons, it's still quite debatable.
Yes, they don't have the phoenix ability (immunity to lightning, ice beam, storm, and extended attack), nor do they have the cyclops ability (chance to paralyze and extended attack), but still, 150 hit points, 25-45 damage (more than only colored dragons), and a morale reduction of 1 for the opponent are quite impressive...
