If I'm not mistaken, when the mad scientist is killed, the zombies he turned return to normal life. Can they perform Non-Destructive Actions?

1. I think they can, but you need to ask the GM.
After the scientist's death, all zombies are informed that they are free and can play for the city again. They can only perform Non-Destructive Actions if they were turned by the scientist using the Non-Destructive Action "experiments." If they were turned using the "resource gathering" ability, they remain without Non-Destructive Actions.
