I never said that. I'm just sharing my experience. But, agree, on the Portal, at least someone responded to your suggestion about making changes to the titles. No one responded to practically any of the questions I asked the Arbitration Committee. Plus, my posts pointing out the imperfections of the rules were completely ignored.

No, I wasn't talking about the Titles, but about suggestions for changing the Portal's game rules. Neither the Portal nor Volde have any mechanism for implementing proposed changes to the rules; suggestions just remain in the air. There's no mechanism for implementing any amendments to the Game rules. I remember they tried to develop a mechanism for implementing amendments on Volde, but they didn't get very far.
