How to create a video for a map?

Thank you for your help, but I still have many questions. The most important one: how do I set up the camera? In the developers' videos, they use some camera designations (e.g., C1-T1), and when they make comments, they simply refer to the camera they have already set up. Also, I couldn't find where the special effects, character movements, etc., are located.
