I didn't watch closely, but at 112 there are 6 Minotaurs, which isn't that bad already.

In general, yes. It's easy to take.
In online, I didn't risk attacking them with 50 Troglodytes + Harpies + Eyes.
Only took it on day 7, using Aislin with Meteor Shower and 60 Skeletons :-D
The Minotaurs clearly didn't fall in line for the Emeralds, and when the Mill gave a whole 6 of them, it was already too late...
