I've been reading your posts for a while now, and everywhere I see this same nonsensical argument. Skill isn't an indicator in this case. It's like saying that a rich person won't steal because they already have a lot of money. :D

Skill isn't a cure-all, but there's a trend.
Comparing cheating to looking up the answer at the end of a textbook is absurd, right?
A top student became a top student because they solve problems themselves, not by cheating.
Losers cheat... but if we're talking about nonsense, there's a contradiction in the attack itself: you compared skill to wealth – that's pure nonsense; wealth is more like a tournament result.
Skill, on the other hand, is universal; it's professionalism and mastery, not just money.
And if you have a prejudice, just say it, instead of coming up with pseudo-arguments to support it, demonstrating your own lack of coherence. :(
