I don't know what "enchant" you're talking about. But generally, for someone to start attacking an ally, they need hypnosis or berserk. These are the fifth and fourth tiers of magic for the Haven faction. There's no second tier involved here. If you're talking about an illusion, then it's not even funny.

Alexsander13, clarify what you're dispelling – illusions or summoned creatures? It will be difficult with the latter, yes :)
