Just because you don't care doesn't mean it's okay. First and foremost, there should be respect for the opponent, and cheating is the height of blatant cynicism.

Remember, haven't you ever wanted to peek at the map a little? Just a little? Just a desire? Which, of course, you overcame. Maybe you're proud of yourself? Of your moral fortitude?
Something tells me that many, if not all, wanted to.
From a Christian moral point of view, desire is already a sin.
I'm not advocating for cheating. I'm against bullying anyone. Because the motive behind such bullying is well-known: "You're not that good, so we're not that bad either."
If a loser is a map hacker, let those who are supposed to take measures against him do so. Why dig into dirty laundry and remember who did what and when?
