By the way, there's a way out of such situations, as foreigners have found: - they have a rule: no restarts without a reason. There's no such thing as a restart on turn 111 or 113. Maybe we should cancel that too? - they prefer templates that don't require special analysis (peeking at the map) - like Banas, Panic, Blockbuster... Maybe we should play/try more on these templates that some people don't like?

There's an even more effective solution - play on WT (World Tournament). There, the most obvious ways of cheating are already being addressed (the map is not saved, cheat codes don't work, launching 2 copies of the game is impossible), and in the future, there will be even more obstacles - the inability to load multiplayer games in single-player mode and hotseat, encryption of save files, logging of game actions on the server, etc.
