1. There’s no point in arguing about it. You can play online in the Tournament Committee. 2. I won’t even discuss nonsense like 30 minutes per game + 10 seconds per turn. I don’t think the time control issue is significant. 3. My suggestion: 300 rubles per game, 3 games (not best of three).
